Darrell Z.  I'm a long-time cyclist, but have only been doing triathlon
seriously for the past two seasons.  I started in 2006 while working in
Hawaii, and did my first Olympic distance race there.  Since coming to
Korea in late 2006 I've done 1 Ironman (Japan), 3 Half IM distance
races, and several Olympic distance races.  My short term goals are to
complete my second IM Japan in 2008, and continue to improve my
times in all distances.  Long term goals include focusing on the half IM
distance and breaking 5 hours someday.
Eric R.  I am a long time endurance athlete and this is my 2nd season in
Triathlon.  I enjoy Iron-distance racing and the lifestyle that goes along
with it.  I’m especially interested in the science behind training and how
periodization, nutrition, strength training, and yoga and flexibility all affect
performance.  In the short term, I hope to qualify for the Hawaii Ironman
in Kona , Hawaii .  In the long term I hope to continue to improve and
someday go into coaching.  With much help and support from the Seoul
Tri Club, I completed my first Ironman in March 2007, and look forward to
training as a group for Ironman Japan 2008.

Sony G. After a 6 year stint on the Canadian Junior National Handball
team, I gave up the sport for my love for triathlon.  My first race was a
Kids of Steel race when I was a teenager and each year I seem to
enjoy it more.  I have raced 1 Ironman, 6 half Ironman, 8 Olympic, 5
marathons and about 15 half marathons.   I love this sport and in the
past year I have made it a priority in my life.  I have promised my mom
(my #1 fan) I will race pro one day and intend to fulfill that promise.
Seoul Tri Club helps me with this goal.

Ian L.  Thirteen years after finishing competitive college swimming, I felt
ready to start training again.  I purchased a decent bike and started
training/racing in 2005.  I went from sprint to Olympic distance, and
completed the 2007 Singapore 70.3 IM with the Seoul Tri Club.  I
enjoy the triathlon lifestyle and the people it attracts.  The members in
the club are exceptional, and I am looking forward to our racing
adventures as we travel this season.  My goal is to have a strong
Olympic distance season.
Steve C.  I'm new to endurance sport and triathlon. I come from a
modest swimming background at school and took up Triathlon in 2004
whilst looking for the ultimate sporting challenge. I have completed a
number of olympic distance races and 2 half-ironman races in
Australia. After a break from racing in 2007, my short term goal is to
compete in as many races as possible in 2008 to build my race
experience and knowledge (and hopefully improve my times!). My long
term goal is to not hit the wall on a 5-hour ride with the group and
ultimately to complete an ironman.
